Processing time

The standard processing time is 2-5 working days, depending on the type of product.

We will of course try our best to dispatch your order as soon as we can.

Packaging Information

It’s important to us to reduce single use plastic waste and therefore we choose to use recycled, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable packaging whenever we can.

Shipping

After your order has been processed, we will ship it via Royal Mail.

We currently offer Standard and Express shipping for the UK, which is not trackable and Standard International(not trackable) shipping to USA and Canada.

The shipping time will vary for individual locations. Please see estimated shipping times below.

United Kingdom: 

Express(1st class): 1-3 business days

Standard(2nd class): 2-5 business days

USA and Canada:

Internationals standard: 6-10 business days

Europe: 

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to Europe.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur which are out of control, including adverse weather conditions. No refunds of shipping costs will be available for delayed deliveries. 

Depending on the order value and weight of the parcel, we may decide to upgrade/ send your order via trackable service in which case we would contact you and let you know about any changes and provide you with a tracking number.

Customs and import taxes

Customers outside the United Kingdom are liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product/import restrictions and other local requirements. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unaware of the situation for your own country it is always advisable to make checks of your own.

If you need to change an address, please get in touch and email us at info@avaandangels.com Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.
