Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations of orders up to 2 hours after they were placed. After that we can not accept cancellations.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. If need to change an address, please email us immediately at info@avaandangels.com and we will do our best to change it. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the address once your order has been dispatched.
How long until you send my order?
The standard processing time is 2-5 working days. We will of course try our best to dispatch your order as soon as we can.
When will I receive my order?
After your order has been processed, the shipping time will then depend on your location and shipping service used. For more details on shipping time estimates, please visit Shipping
Can I track my order during shipping?
We currently offer Standard and Express shipping for UK, which is not trackable and Standard International(not trackable) for USA and Canada.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Europe at this moment.
Can I return my order?
In general we accept returns, however please visit Refund Policy for more information if your order qualifies. If in doubt, please email us at info@avaandangels.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues with your order.
