Ava & Angels was created as a space for comfort, creativity, self expression and emotional wellbeing.

At the heart of everything I create is the idea of feeling a little more grounded, supported and safe within yourself. Whether that comes through something meaningful you wear, something beautiful for your space, a creative activity, or a small reminder to slow down and reconnect.

My work is inspired by healing, self care, creativity and the beautifully non linear ways our minds can work. Neurodivergence, including ADHD, is part of that story too. From navigating overwhelm and big emotions to celebrating imagination, individuality and the need to do things in your own way.

From handmade jewellery and thoughtful gifts to creative kits, apparel and digital resources, Ava & Angels is growing into a collection of things designed to bring a little more comfort, encouragement, creativity and meaning into everyday life.
