Ava & Angels was created from a desire to bring more gentleness, meaning, and emotional comfort into everyday life. What started as a personal healing journey grew into a space where creativity, spirituality, and intention come together to create pieces that feel both beautiful and deeply grounding.
Every item in this shop is crafted with heart — whether it’s something calming, uplifting, inspirational, or simply designed to make your day feel a little softer. I believe the things we surround ourselves with can support us in subtle but powerful ways — through colour, words, symbols, and the energy they carry.

My name is Helena and I’m the heart behind Ava & Angels.
I’m a creator, a mother, and someone who has walked through my own seasons of healing and transformation. Everything I design comes from a place of lived experience — from learning to calm my nervous system, to ground myself in a present moment, to finding spiritual comfort, to rebuilding trust in myself and in life.
Ava & Angels is my way of sharing the softness, grounding, and inspiration that helped me, in the hope that it brings a little of that same comfort to you.
