Refund Policy
We are happy to provide a refund for goods within 14 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase (minus the delivery charge paid).
To start a return, you can contact us at info@helenadaydreamer.com within 14 days of purchese and If your return is accepted you will have another 14 days to return the item.
Goods must be received in the same condition as shipped, should be packaged carefully to prevent damage in transit and a note of your name and order number must be included along with your returned item(s). We recommend you use an insured and tracked delivery service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Items returned from overseas should clearly state "Returned Goods - Unsuitable" on the outside wrapper and a Customs Declaration form should be completed as failure to do so may incur UK customs duties which will be deducted from any refund.
Buyer is responsible for return postage.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are unable to offer refunds for the following items:
-pierced ear findings (for reasons of hygiene)
-any item that is cut to order, such as wire or chain
-any personalised item, eg engraved products
-Digital downloads and Downloadable software products
-Sale items
